Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in hospital, clinic, or urgent care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Manage emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN license)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in acute care, emergency, or specialty nursing preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to cover day, night, or weekend shifts
