Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans with EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately
- Participate in rapid-response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Healthcare experience preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
