Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during complex treatments and surgeries
- Manage digital radiography and sterilization protocols
- Update patient records using Eaglesoft software
- Deliver post-op care instructions and patient education
- Coordinate inventory and dental supply management
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation systems
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB certification
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography and imaging
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA infection control standards
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Nebraska dental radiography license
