Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using provided advanced equipment
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take digital radiographs and impressions using modern imaging systems
- Manage patient flow and ensure sterile operatory environments
- Implement infection control procedures with provided PPE and sterilizers
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and digital record management
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (RDA or DA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to operate provided equipment (Dentrix, intraoral cameras)
- Valid California Dental Board license
