Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Perform infection control protocols and sterilization of equipment
- Take accurate dental impressions and digital radiographs
- Manage patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal inventory management
- Deliver post-operative care instructions to patients
- Coordinate scheduling and patient communication
Qualifications
- Current RDA or DA certification from CA Board of Dentistry
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Exceptional chairside assisting skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities
