Responsibilities

  • Chair-Side Assistance: Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and surgeries with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Patient Management: Greet patients, prepare them for procedures, and explain post-operative care instructions clearly.
  • Infection Control: Strictly adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines for sterilization and cross-contamination prevention.

  • Certification: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant License (state of NV) is required.
  • CPR Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
