What You Will Do:
- Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and surgeries with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all dental materials are ready.
- Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photographs accurately.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventative dentistry.
- Manage patient records, insurance claims, and appointment scheduling with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform fine motor skills.
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists chair-side during examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures.

- Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Manage patient records and update dental charts accurately.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
