Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including sterilization and instrument passing
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical equipment
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs under supervision
- Manage patient scheduling and front desk reception duties
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA protocols
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital charting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary - we train!
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small instruments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Valid Nebraska state driver's license and reliable transportation
