Your Role:
You will be the right hand to our dentists, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional chairside support. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to patient comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and strictly adhere to infection control protocols.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately as directed by the dentist.
- Greet patients, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Provide clear post-operative instructions and educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant Certification (RDA) or equivalent is preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly, approachable attitude.
