What We Offer:
- 4-week paid training program (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM)
- Starting salary of $18/hour during training, increasing to $24/hour upon certification

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and patient positioning
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with proper radiation safety
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols for instruments and equipment
- Manage patient flow, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain inventory
- Document patient information and treatment notes accurately
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Assist with digital charting practice management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Arch Street location
- Compassion for patient care and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to obtain DANB certification upon completion of training
