Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning organizational goals with market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and societal trends to forecast future market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate high-level strategy into quarterly OKRs.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the competitive landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Lead high-level stakeholder negotiations and manage external partnerships critical to our 2026 vision.
- Oversee the annual strategic planning cycle, ensuring all departments are synchronized with the long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related technical field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic initiatives with a focus on future-proofing organizations.

- Experience in the Technology sector is highly desirable.
