Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Oversee the integration of AI and automation into core business processes.
- Present complex strategic plans to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic planners.
- Conduct market analysis to forecast technological shifts affecting the industry.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term innovation projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven experience in Strategic Planning for 2026 or similar forward-looking initiatives.
- Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
- Experience in the FinTech or Enterprise Software sector.
