Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive Technology Roadmap specifically focused on the year 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, predictive analytics, and quantum-ready infrastructure, into our core product suite.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technological trends to ensure Apex Innovations remains a decade ahead of the competition.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to ensure roadmap feasibility and timely delivery.
- Drive the digital transformation strategy, ensuring legacy systems are upgraded to support next-gen 2026 requirements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology adoption and ROI for 2026 initiatives.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for technology infrastructure and R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading technology transformations and developing long-term roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations applicable to 2026 compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
