Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing) and create pilots.
- Manage a budget for R&D innovation and oversee cross-functional agile squads.
- Partner with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish security and ethical standards for future tech deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Experience in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
