Responsibilities

- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of Senior ML Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for the deployment of autonomous AI agents.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in Generative AI and LLMs to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
