Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's technology roadmap, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI solutions that drive business growth and user engagement.
- R&D Oversight: Guide research efforts in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budget, talent acquisition, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery of AI milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern AI architectures.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
