Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and robotics, focusing on the 2026 vision and beyond.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business objectives and market demands.
- Oversee the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and autonomous agents.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or technical management role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources for high-growth engineering teams.
