Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and advanced automation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends (e.g., quantum computing, spatial computing) and assess their potential impact on our market.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the R&D initiatives and pilot programs designed to future-proof our product suite.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Future-Forward Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 concepts relevant to 2026.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certification is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value propositions.
