Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and sustainable energy solutions.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and sustainability experts.
- Oversee R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as quantum computing and autonomous systems.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to drive innovation adoption.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in executive management.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, particularly within the AI or Green Tech sectors.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically as they relate to 2026 objectives.
