Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision, integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., quantum-encrypted AI systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research hubs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, quantum engineers, and AI ethicists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 12+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting with publications in Nature/Science journals
- Executive experience securing $100M+ in R&D funding and managing P&L >$50M
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
