- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging tech stacks, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into core platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead of market trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, cloud architecture, and scalable systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at the C-suite level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
