- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record delivering futuristic solutions to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets and complex projects
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
