Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 horizon, aligning tech capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- R&D Management: Lead the Research & Development department, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications.
- Future Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt the company's strategic direction.
- Team Development: Mentor high-potential engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a director or senior executive capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies for the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software architecture, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated success in navigating complex technical challenges and leading cross-functional teams through innovation cycles.
