Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic creation of the company’s 3-5 year technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and market gaps.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee high-level research and development projects, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical executives and investors to secure buy-in for future initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to identify competitive advantages.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the budget and resources for future technology projects, ensuring optimal ROI and innovation pipeline health.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of futurists, product strategists, and technical architects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining successful long-term roadmaps and delivering on futuristic projects.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
