Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify disruptive trends and assess their strategic fit for our product portfolio.
- Establish partnerships with key industry thought leaders, research institutions, and tech startups.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and technological feasibility.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong expertise in emerging technologies, with a specific interest in AI and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive presence.
