Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and communicate the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers in developing proof-of-concepts for next-generation products.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate partnerships with startups and academic institutions to drive innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management and resource planning for high-impact technology initiatives.
- Talent Development: Foster a culture of innovation and mentor senior engineering leaders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a director-level or senior executive role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
