Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) into our core product lines.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global technology trends to forecast industry shifts and competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead the development of our internal R&D initiatives and incubator programs focused on futuristic solutions.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners and thought leaders in the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and resources required for long-term technology initiatives and proof-of-concept projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
