We are seeking a visionary Director of Future Technology Strategy to lead our organization into 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining our long-term technology vision, bridging the gap between emerging trends and business objectives, and ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the demands of the future.
As the architect of our 2026 roadmap, you will collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to drive innovation, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain our competitive edge in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with global business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure scalability and security.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects from conception to deployment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for technological disruption.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk management across all technology investments.
- Present strategic insights and project updates to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or executive management role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- PMP or similar advanced certification is highly desirable.
