Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-priority research and development projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources for R&D initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing P&L responsibility.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications: Advanced certification in Strategic Management or Technology Forecasting is a plus.
