- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning innovation with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a world-class research and development team focused on cutting-edge AI, quantum-ready infrastructure, and spatial computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and future-proof development frameworks to accelerate time-to-market for new innovations.
- Talent Development: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, mentoring top-tier engineers, and fostering an inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Background: Strong technical foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging market trends and translate them into scalable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
