Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to integrate into our core product ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the strategic planning process for R&D initiatives, ensuring resource allocation maximizes ROI.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical partners effectively.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all 2026 initiatives adhere to strict regulatory standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
