- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs to test and validate future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitive landscapes and future market shifts to inform high-stakes decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to the board of directors and investors, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
- Culture of Future-Readiness: Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or VP-level role within the tech or consulting sector.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications by 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully executing long-term strategic initiatives and delivering measurable ROI.
