Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable technical strategies.
- Lead the Horizon Initiative, overseeing cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation digital infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the long-term R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align the 2026 vision with the company's mission and market goals.
- Establish a culture of innovation, fostering creativity and technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a director-level role.
- Proven expertise in Strategic Planning and Long-term Roadmapping for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on business models.
- Strong background in Project Management and leading large-scale, complex initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
