Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Strategy for 2026, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural transition to next-generation cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven automation into core business processes to drive efficiency.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their feasibility for implementation.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and data scientists.
- Establish governance frameworks for security, compliance, and scalability.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Management.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy for organizations looking to scale.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and implementation.
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
