Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead architectural reviews for future scalability and resilience.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D and technology adoption.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation.
- Partner with product and sales teams to translate 2026 trends into marketable capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-suite capacity.
