Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to supervisors
- Administer medication under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Compassionate and patient personality
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the US
