Responsibilities

- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document resident care accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Support meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met

- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Indiana CNA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
