Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and other health metrics
- Support residents with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Collaborate with RNs and care team to implement personalized care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Missouri CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient dignity
