Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Kentucky CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
