Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility and transfer using proper techniques
- Support daily activities and social engagement programs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid New Mexico CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for documentation
