Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Support daily activities and emotional well-being of residents
- Complete accurate documentation using electronic health records
Qualifications
- North CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability
- Background check and drug screen required
