Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and patient care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications
- Ohio CNA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
