Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Support nurses with clinical tasks and patient documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ohio CNA certification or enrollment in a state-approved program
