Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care provided
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to ensure patient comfort
- Support nursing staff with medical procedures and documentation
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Active Florida CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic CPR certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation to various Tampa locations
