Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Support patients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program (or willingness to complete)
- Valid Nevada CNA certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Basic CPR certification (will provide training if needed)
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Background check and drug screening required
