Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and record patient observations accurately
- Provide mobility support and assist with range-of-motion exercises
- Feed patients and ensure proper hydration and nutrition
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
Qualifications
- Valid New York State CNA certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- No prior experience required - we train and mentor all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
