Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer using proper techniques
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Support daily living activities and serve meals
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Report patient changes and concerns to nursing staff
- Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain Ohio CNA certification within 120 days of hire
