Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under supervision including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support nursing staff with documentation and reporting
- Deliver emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
