Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Support licensed nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Must obtain Pennsylvania CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled patients
- Reliable transportation to various facility locations
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
