Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and meal service
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Support nurses with documentation and care coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Indiana CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
- Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
